Illuminating the Darkness

Dark though the night may bleed onto the day,
If indeed sadness remains still seeking something more,
Offer then the ripe of the meadow where dewdrops play,
Splashing like water against ships sailing away from the shore.

Stubborn may the shadow be existing in the light, even yet;
Harder may we…

I am but a Wanderer
born upon these lands.
Made to feel foreign or
less when leased demands.

I can only proclaim My Claim
as an Agent, subject to change,
yet what can assuage the rage in my cage
as a cog code red deranged
tricks of mind, rearranged,
come along, play a game,
