His Name is Deceit

My Darkness Has Many Names

I spoke with Deceit today,
What a wicked trickster is he,
Beguiling with twisted tongue lies
Served as if they were true and sweet.
With eyes of many colors to deflect
For he knows the way of his prey,
Weaving words of webs to protect
A heart of mirrored pools to reflect the day away.
He shows me what he thinks I want,
Yet I laugh at his mistake…

I love to rhyme, often sensually. I have to write, otherwise insanity. I leave my heart on paper. Feel free to feel my feels. I comment lovingly and completely.
