The Magic of an Egg

Gaggles of Geese

There’s a goose nesting at the corner of the pond
Preparing to lay an egg using magic without a wand.
One day she’ll lay on it and keep it nice and warm
Until it grows inside with no further room in sight
Ready to be born.
